LA PRODUZIONE
La divisione finitura Opdel dispone di “Finlab” un laboratorio prove completamente attrezzato per rispondere alle richieste dei clienti in fatto di finitura. Ha inoltre sviluppato la nuova linea di macchine a vibrazione “PEPPERONE” con capacità 5, 15, 30, 60 lt proponendo una serie di nuovi materiali di consumo (“media consumables”) per la lavorazione.
Fra tutti, “MACROBRILL”, un materiale che non ossida e che non si lascia ossidare, durevole nel tempo, nel campo della brillantatura a sfere. PepperOne è il risultato dell’esperienza sul campo ma anche e di quella di uno staff tecnico progettuale
meccatronico giovane e dinamico. Oggi si può affermare
senza timore di smentita che PepperOne è affidabile: parti meccaniche ed elettriche che garantiscono migliaia di ore di lavoro; vasca completamente in poliuretano antiusura e indistruttibile; facile e semplice utilizzo; macchina completa; facile da movimentare e da posizionare. Ma il dato forse più significativo è l’ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità/servizio offerto da Opdel, anche in considerazione del fatto che la formula “iRent” rende PepperOne praticamente accessibile a tutti.

Opdel Finishing Division has “Finlab”, a fully equipped test laboratory
capable of meeting the demands of customers in terms of finishing. It has also developed the new line of vibrating machines
“PEPPERONE” with capacity 5, 15, 30, 60 litres, proposing
a set of new working materials (“media consumables”) for processing. These consumables include “MACROBRILL”, a ball polishing material that does not oxidize nor gets oxidized, and is durable over time. PepperOne is the result not only of Opdel experience in the field but also the fruit of its young and dynamic
mechatronic engineering staff. Today we can certainly say that PepperOne is reliable for the following features: its mechanical
and electrical components providing very long operation
time; its tub completely in anti-wear and indestructible polyurethane; its simple and easy use; the fact of being a complete
machine; its easy handling and positioning. But perhaps the most significant factor is the excellent price/quality/service ratio provided by Opdel, also in view of the fact that “iRent” option makes PepperOne practically available to all.
