Ay-Tec innova il mondo delle attrezzature per le aziende orafe con un’apparecchiatura all’avanguardia: l’Eco-Empty abbate drasticamente i tempi di vuotatura dei metalli preziosi dai metalli vili, grazie alla gestione completamente automatizzata e alla possibilità di operare in contemporanea per più titoli.
Da questo anno l’azienda Ay-tec ha iniziato un rapporto di collaborazione con l’azienda Zone Creative Srl che forte dell’esperienza di tecnici del settore meccanico orafo di precisione, costruisce una vasta gamma di macchine per oreficeria e attrezzature che stanno rivoluzionando il ciclo produttivo orafo come la Coiling Machine con Plc. Si tratta di un macchinario a plc che costruisce maglie o crea forma senza bisogno di avere delle forme dove avvolgere il filo o tubo. Il macchinario è in grado di creare maglie ovali, triangolari, rettangolari, ma anche forme fantasia come fiori, stelle e molto altro.

Since 2011 Ay-tec has been collaborating with Zone Creative Srl, a company that, supported by the unquestionable experience of engineers specialized in gold jewellery precision mechanics, manufactures a wide range of machines and equipment that are revolutionizing the gold production cycle, namely the PLC Coiling Machine. This machine is able to make meshes or develop shapes without the need for having predetermined shapes where to wrap the wire or tube. In addition to oval, triangular, and rectangular meshes, the PLC Coiling Machine can also develop fancy shapes such as flowers, stars, and much more.
